Consumption tax (10%) will be added to the course fee.
Bank transfer or payment processing fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery / Course Information
- お申し込みとご入金の手続きが完了後、コース、ワークショップ開催前にご案内を送らせて頂きます。タイミングによっては日をまたぐ場合もございます。
Once your application and payment are completed, information regarding the course or workshop will be sent to you before the event starts. Depending on timing, delivery may occur on the following day.

Receipts can be downloaded from the “Completed Courses / Workshops” section in your My Page. Please note that postal delivery of receipts is not available.

Cancellation Policy
- 実施後に見逃し配信サービスを付帯している場合、ご入金後のキャンセル・返金等は、お受け致しかねます。但し、対面講座（実技・実習形式）等、見逃し配信サービスを付帯しない講座についてはこの限りではございません。
For courses with on-demand replay service included, cancellations or refunds cannot be accepted after payment.

For in-person courses

without on-demand replay service, the following applies

本契約の申込みの解除ができます。尚、クレジットカード決済、コンビニ決済、 銀行振込など各種決済手数料については別途ご負担頂きます。
【Cancellation Before 8 Days from Payment Confirmation】▼
You may cancel the application within 8 days of payment confirmation.
Any payment processing fees (credit card, convenience store, bank transfer, etc.) are borne by the customer.
【入金確認後8日間経過後、講座開始31日前まで】キャンセル▽
申込手付金として、受講料総額の20％を請求させて頂きます。尚、クレジットカード決済、 コンビニ決済、銀行振込など各種決済手数料については別途ご負担頂きます。
【Cancellation From 8 Days After Payment Until 31 Days Before Course Start】▼
20% of the total course fee will be charged as a non-refundable deposit.
Payment processing fees are additional.
【講座開始30日前から講座開始以降】キャンセル▼
受講料総額の100％を請求させて頂きます。
【Cancellation Within 30 Days Before Course Start or After Course Start】▼
100% of the total course fee will be charged.
尚、解約お手続きは、必ず書面(ハガキ等)にて、受講取り消しの意思をZONE必着でお送り下さい。
(配達証明つき内容証明郵便か、簡易書留)。書面には以下のことを明記してください。
1.受講解約の旨を記載
2.受講講座名と受講開始日
3.お申込の年月日
4.氏名、住所、電話番号
5.ご本人名義の振込先口座
※一部対象外講座もございます。
Procedure for Cancellation / Refund Cancellations must be submitted in writing (Email, letter, etc.) and received by ZONE Academy. Acceptable methods include registered mail with delivery confirmation or simplified registered mail.
Please include the following in your written notice:
1.Statement of course cancellation
2.Course name and start date
3.Date of application
4.Name, address, and phone number
5.Bank account in your name for any applicable refund
※Note: Some courses may be exempt from these conditions.
