【個人情報取扱同意書】 / Personal Information Consent Form
株式会社ビーキューブ(以下「当社」)は、お客様の個人情報の重要性を認識し、大切に扱うとともに、以下の取り組みを推進し、責任を持ってお客様の個人情報を保護いたします。
B-Cube Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”) recognizes the importance of customers’ personal information and treats it with care. The Company is committed to protecting personal information responsibly by promoting the following initiatives.
【法令の遵守】 / Compliance with Laws
当社は、個人情報保護法その他関係法令およびガイドライン等を遵守いたします。
The Company shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.
【社内体制】 / Internal Structure
当社は、個人情報の取扱いおよびシステムに関して、社内的に必要なルールを策定し個人情報保護を遵守する体制を構築いたします。
The Company has established internal rules regarding the handling of personal information and systems, and has built a framework to ensure compliance with personal information protection.
【個人情報の取得】 / Collection of Personal Information
当社がお客様から個人情報を取得する場合には、利用目的を明示しご承諾いただいたうえでその目的達成に必要な範囲で取得させていただきます。
When collecting personal information from customers, the Company will clearly indicate the purpose of use and obtain consent. Personal information will only be collected to the extent necessary to achieve the stated purpose.
【個人情報の利用】 / Use of Personal Information
個人情報の利用は、利用目的の範囲内でのみ利用することとし、その目的範囲を超えた利用はいたしません。
Personal information shall be used only within the scope of the intended purpose. The Company will not use it beyond the stated purpose.
【個人情報の提供】 / Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
当社は、ご本人からの当社の保有するご本人の個人データの開示、訂正、利用停止等の請求については、合理的かつ必要な範囲において速やかに対応させていただきます。
Except as permitted under the Personal Information Protection Act or other relevant laws and regulations, the Company will not provide personal information it holds to third parties.
【個人情報の開示等】 / Disclosure, Correction, and Suspension of Use
当社は、ご本人からの当社の保有するご本人の個人データの開示、訂正、利用停止等の請求については、合理的かつ必要な範囲において速やかに対応させていただきます。
The Company will promptly respond, to a reasonable and necessary extent, to requests from individuals to disclose, correct, or suspend the use of their personal data held by the Company.
【委託先の監督】 / Supervision of Contractors
当社がお客様の個人情報を利用するにあたっては、正当な利用の範囲内の個人情報を第三者に委託することがございます。委託先へは個人情報を厳重に管理することを義務付け監督いたします。
The Company may outsource certain operations involving personal information to third parties within the scope of legitimate use. The Company requires contractors to manage personal information strictly and supervises their compliance.
【安全対策】 / Security Measures
当社は、お客様の個人情報を厳重に管理し、不正アクセス・紛失・破壊・改ざん・漏洩 などに対する予防措置および安全対策を講じます。
The Company strictly manages personal information and implements preventive measures and safeguards against unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage.
